How would I go about getting financial aid to help buy a car?
Filed Under Financial Aid | 5 Comments
I work and work but cannot seem to save any money to buy a car. Due to a large family and this poor economy. Can anyone please show me how I would go about getting a government grant or financial aid that pays for a car? I do not want to lease or pay any interest. Please help me….

I am getting a $1500 refund check from government financial aid, scholarships, etc. My question is what can I do with it? Does it solely have to be used for educational purposes for myself? I am thinking about paying off one of my friend’s student loans because he needs the money more than I do. Is this okay? Could I get in trouble for this if anyone found out?
Additional Details:
This refund does NOT come from loans or anything else that needs to be repaid. It is from a Pell grant, an Academic Competitiveness Grant, and a 21st Century Scholarship. If I don’t have anything else to do with it, why shouldn’t I be able to give it to someone in need?

I’ve heard that the government provides financial aid for people with Asperger syndrome. For a recently diagnosed adult who is no longer in the school system, what treatments are available and what kind of financial aid is available (for adults)? Also, what steps need to be taken to apply for/receive financial aid? Which organizations should be contacted? What treatments are recommended? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

When should i start researching scholarships and financial aid ?

I’m a junior in highschool, and I’m looking for scholarships and financial aid already…but I keep getting confused because of all the “deadlines” that I don’t have to worry about and it’s really messing with my research.
I’m already looking for majors and colleges, when should I start properly looking for Scholarships and Financial Aid.

Okay, I am currently attending a 4-year college majoring in management. I wish to change over a community college to grab some credits before transferring to a university to major in clinical laboratory science.
How can I switch my financial aid over to the other college? Do I simply call financial aid and tell them to cancel my award and send my information to the college I am interested in attending?
