If I get into any of the colleges that I’ve applied, I’m going to need some serious financial aid because a lot of them are 40-50 thousand dollars a year!! Is there any way that I can get financial aid from them?

I attend Baltimore City Community College. The financial aid office informed me that all financial aid refund check are sent out 60 days from the state of MD after the semester starts. The semester started on january 26th. 60 days from that date is March 27th. On what exact date will I get my refund check? If it’s not exactly on March 27th how long will it take before I get it?
