I have already been to college for 3 years but due to having children and leaving school I defaulted on school loans and I want to go back to school but cannot get financial aid due to the default. I know I can pay for 1 year to show good intention on the loans and get out of default but I want to go to school now.

Are there any free teaching programs to get me started. I heard of a Master’s Program that they offer for a trade to work in a school. Do they have something like that to get statred?

I want to transfer to Northwestern University or University of Chicago in Illinois. I am currently a sophmore at a 2year college and my gpa is 3.88. I would like to go to these schools but I do not know if I would even be accepted and if I do, thers no way I can pay for it without a lot of financial aid.

I might be able to get financial aid through vocational rehab. I don’t think I’m eligible for FAFSA since I attended college before. I’m poor, and my parents will not pay anything. So i am relying on financial aid and stafford loans for the upcoming winter semester. I heard of the bailout failure today, should I expect my financial aid not to follow through?
